Hello Manmath,

Generally every company has a fixed budget on employee salary and the section for freshers is the least. So a standard demarcation is already present which doesn't leave a fresher to negotiate much. On the contrary it is best for a fresher to represent hi/herself in the interview with the following:

1. utmost confidence

2. show analytical or deriving prowess

3. knowledge and solution grasping & implementing ability

4. focus more on your likeliness/capability, on performing out the desired role

5. prior networking with employees/ people from same organization or similar industry to understand   & know the industry standards

6. Asking the interviewer in details about the job description and your 'would be responsibilities' (showing your keenness and interest)

7. Finally if you are really interested in the job you can ask the employer "what can you expect in return for your services" or "you can mention your expectation, when asked' if you know the industry standards.
